Our runner is a snap to make with a fat band of blue sateen

edging wispy white fabric. Beading from a crafts store adds

a dressy holiday finish.

BANNER HOLIDAY

This ornament makes a perfect package topper or a

keepsake gift at a Christmas party. Just print your chosen

greeting onto card stock and cut it into a strip using

scallop-edge decorative scissors. Wrap the strip around the

ornament, gluing the overlapped edges together. Add

stick-on gems to the strip for a bit of sparkle.
